We install concrete panel structures on site. Every job is run by Fota Developments’ own crews, with over two decades of precast experience behind each install.
Our process
Lift to lock-in.
Each install runs end-to-end. We cover every trade required to take a delivery off the truck and hand over a structure ready for follow-on works.

Lifting and placement
Crane work run by licensed riggers and dogmen.

Temporary bracing
Each panel propped to engineer specification.

Welding of cast-in plates
Connections welded as the structure goes up.

Grouting of joints
Joints and base courses filled and consolidated.

Caulking
Joints sealed against weather and water.

Patching and finish
Lift points and minor defects made good.

Propping removal
Props pulled once the structure is verified.
